Who We Are

Bymedo Healthcare LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated on 16 December 2020 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai under LLP Identification No. AAR-6272. The total obligation of contribution of the LLP is INR 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only).

The Designated Partners of the LLP are Mr. Yogesh Vijaysing Patil and Mr. Nandkishor Vijaysing Patil. The LLP is engaged in the business of pharmaceuticals and the manufacturing and sale of medical equipment.

Bymedo Healthcare LLP has a warehouse situated at its registered office at: Opp. TCI Petrol Pump, Ground Floor, KR-3, Sharda Compound, H. No. 593/3, Purna, Kalher, Thane, Bhiwandi, Maharashtra – 421 302.

Insolvency and Liquidation Proceedings
Pursuant to an application filed under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“IBC”) by Boston Ivy Healthcare Solutions Private Limited, Bymedo Healthcare LLP was admitted into the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench-II, vide order dated 01 July 2025 in CP (IB) No. 139/MB/2025. Sumedha Management Solutions Private Limited was appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional and subsequently acted as the Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor.

During the CIRP, the Committee of Creditors, in its meeting held on 24 July 2026, approved the initiation of liquidation proceedings of Bymedo Healthcare LLP. The Hon’ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench-II, vide its order dated 18 August 2026, ordered the commencement of the Liquidation Process of Bymedo Healthcare LLP under Section 33 of the IBC and appointed Mr. Sandip Singh (IBBI Reg. No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P-02870/2024-2025/14402) as the Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor.

Accordingly, Bymedo Healthcare LLP is presently under liquidation, and the affairs, assets, properties and actionable claims of the Corporate Debtor are being administered by the Liquidator in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and the applicable IBBI regulations. The powers of the Board of Directors/Designated Partners and other management personnel ceased upon the appointment of the Liquidator, as provided under the Code.
